When a visitor loads a page, we detect their state/province from their IP address. If your ad targets their region, they see it. If not, they see a different advertiser's ad (or a house ad). You pay only for the regions you choose.

Every placement holds 3 rotation slots, and they are counted per region, per date window. Up to 3 advertisers share a placement in the same region at the same time, each taking roughly a third of that region's impressions through random rotation. Your ad is never shown alongside more competitors than that.

Three per region, per week, and regions do not compete with each other. Three advertisers can hold the leaderboard in Alberta while three others hold the very same leaderboard in California, because an Alberta reader never sees the California ads. A fourth Alberta advertiser waits for a free week; a Californian does not have to.

Wider scopes nest. Booking all of Canada takes one of Alberta's three slots too, since Albertans are Canadians, so a country or continent buy is worth more and closes more inventory.

The booking form tells you, live. Once you have chosen a size, a region and your dates, it shows exactly how many of the 3 slots are still open for that combination, for example “2 of 3 slots available in AB for this period”. If every slot is taken you will be told before you pay, and can try a different week or region.

You buy a size, not a single position. Your creative becomes eligible for every placement of that size across the site: 12 positions for the 728×90 leaderboard and 13 for the 300×250 rectangle, spanning the directory, research library, learn hub, blog, condition and reflexology-map pages.

Every impression and click records the placement, the page type and exact page, which rotation slot served it and how many advertisers it was rotating against, plus the viewer's country and state. Clicks also arrive at your site tagged with UTM parameters, so your own analytics show which placement and page type sent each visit without needing anything from us.

Once payment is processed and our team approves your creative (usually within 24 hours), your ad goes live on your selected start date.

Yes. All ads are subject to review and approval by Reflexology Zone Network Inc. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to refuse, request changes to, or remove any ad for any reason, including concerns about content, claims, destination links, quality, or suitability for our audience. Submitting an ad or making payment does not guarantee approval or placement. If we reject your ad before it runs, we will issue a full refund of any payment made for that ad.

If you change your mind during a campaign, contact us to stop your ad from showing. We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind cancellations or unused campaign time. Credit toward a future campaign may be offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

JPG, PNG, WebP, and GIF images (including animated GIFs), up to 10 MB, at the exact dimensions required by each placement (e.g., 728×90 for leaderboards, 300×250 for medium rectangles). Video ads are not accepted.
