Can I try before I subscribe?+

Yes! Any practitioner can claim their listing and get verified for free. You'll get the Verified badge and your listing stays live with the information we've collected. The $9/month Business Profile Membership unlocks the ability to fully edit it: update hours, add photos, change your description, manage services, and respond to reviews. Without the plan, your listing shows whatever we've publicly sourced. Cancel any time. Fees already paid are not refundable.

What's included in the monthly coaching?+

Road to Thrive Business Club Membership members will get a live monthly group coaching session covering marketing strategy, SEO, social media, client retention, and business growth specifically for reflexology practices. Sessions are recorded for members who can't attend live. The club opens in summer 2027.

How do the member ad discounts work?+

Business Profile Membership members get 50% off every advertising placement on ReflexologyZone, and Road to Thrive Business Club Membership members will get 75% off. Log in before you book: the discount is shown in your total and applied at checkout automatically.

Can I cancel my subscription?+

Yes, from your dashboard, any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. Fees already paid are not refundable, which is why your access runs to the end of the period rather than stopping the moment you cancel. If we have charged you in error we will always put that right. I'm not a practitioner. Can I still use the site?+

Absolutely! The directory, learning hub, research library, reflexology maps, and all educational content are completely free. Membership plans are only for practitioners who want to manage their listings and grow their businesses.
