okay so spontaneous foot reading live-broadcast another one brought to you by the foot whisper to him over in South Tampa so excited so everybody loved the foot reading format last time we're going to do that same thing with the quick powerpoints I've got my screen sharing option up and let's get started this is a great great foot reading session that I wanted to share with you so we are live oh that's my teachable account the online course is coming and now foot reading yes so I had these lovely feet that were donated to me if you want to donate your feet to get on these videos please feel free send them to Sam I put whisper calm even if you have a chronic foot issue you can always send them to me I'll tell you what I think but also you know I'm always open for formal consultations and formal sessions as well so just FYI I'd love to feature you on some of these videos or just chat about kind of the things that we're seeing in your feet so here are the photos a lot already we can see but let's kind of drill down section by section so here's a blown-up version of these feet and we'll go marker by marker I want you to just take a look take a look at some of the first things that you see you take a look at some of the interesting shapes textures here we specifically see a lot of interesting color change as well so a lot of fascinating markers to pick up on and first and foremost we're going to talk about the heels so cracks and dryness and the heels i've been talking about this on some of my instagram posts as well dryness and the heals dryness and cracking is what we would effectively call an air marker meaning that the body in this area is prone to over circulation exhaustion spontaneousness that's draining energy rapidly and the body just can't keep up so the dryness and cracking around the heels with the heels representing that lower body sciatic area that kind of sense of fatigue maybe sense of cramping and spasming cuz of weakness also because the redness we see through here we're seeing a lot of lower body fatigue and lower body exhaustion through this kind of air manifestation in the heels and that's that's really the first thing because when clients come in to see me and we talk about you know starting from the foundation up yes the feet are the foundation but here we're seeing like almost literal cracks in the foundation so that's something that really needs a care take care of first really making sure you know and we'll talk about this as we progress through the markers that nutrition is on point that physical activity is on point that the physical activity isn't overly strenuous and that there's a lot of rest whenever you see an air mark or you know it's time to rest it's time to reflect it's time to get back to kind of those nourishing activities instead of literally kind of Gone with the Wind and being all over the place so that's our first marker in the heels speaking of digestion here we see more of those lines not necessarily as much dryness as we see probably in the heels but these lines are also an air marker now one thing that you'll note is that the person who sent at least feet kind of was putting their feet on top of a counter and so some of the folds in the feet are slightly exaggerated so we're not looking at the folds because that's kind of made fakely through the exaggerated position of the foot so we're specifically looking at the lines kind of these crisscross lines and it's not like palmistry people it's not like we're assessing the like line and the love line and we're predicting the future lines are another error marker so it means that physically this person's digestive reflex is kind of where we're at in the center of the sole of the foot both upper and lower are fatigued they're drained they're exhausted they're starting to break down they're starting to fight back they're starting to really get kind of cranky would be the best way to say it not into the the inflammatory State you know in terms of pain spasm and things of that nature but really just underperforming due to lack of vital and the best way to say it now I want to kind of backtrack to the heels as well as the marker that we just circled in the digestive reflexes because we need to examine kind of the mental emotional side effects of these two symptoms together so mentally and emotionally error manifests in the dryness and lines through exhaustion and just over extension so with the heels representing not only that lower body but also that sense of security that ability to move forward that Fiat that kind of root chakra essence of just being foundationally safe there's an exhaustion there resources are being exhausted and so this person is starting to feel kind of security compromised like no matter how much money no matter how much energy they put into and affirming that foundation it just never seems to be enough okay and then likewise with these cracks in the digestive reflexes the upper and lower digestive reflexes are also home in the upper digestive to our sense of career and actions and kind of purpose and then the lower GI is home to family and relationships so we see this resonating theme in three core areas of this person's life as far as just being drained feeling emotionally physically mentally just drained and all aspects of work family and sense of security so the real theme here that we're starting to develop is rest and nourishment both from a physical side and from an internal side because when the body starts to break down when it starts to really give us those symptoms of things not working properly it's because our lifestyle has fallen out of balance and that's definitely what we're seeing here okay next marker we have this beautiful beautiful I don't think I've ever seen a marker so crystal clear as this as this color change and yes in terms of the feet being in this awkward position this color change is exaggerated in because of the the bent shape of the foot the ball of the foot is pressure there is blood coagulated here so we're not we're taking that into consideration but still this is something that I write about and in my reading book when I talk about flashing from white to red okay this is exactly what's happening here we can even see it in some of the toes and we can break that down individually but it's happening in a large majority here in the ball of the foot and the reason why this is a little bit concerning is because the ball of the foot is the home of the chest lung and heart reflexes as well as lymphatic reflexes so flashing here means that there's circulatory issues the heart can't really keep up as well the lungs may be a little bit kind of wheezy all the time or this person can't really catch their breath the lymphatic system may be slightly compromised it may be a little bit kind of flushing from stagnant to detox mode really really rapidly off and on and also just general kind of pressure in the chest so whenever we see this marker also mentally and emotionally it's kind of like somebody goes from one extreme to the other emotionally because the ball the foot represents not only that physical so the center of the chest but also that internal center of the chest that heart center and the emotional state of an individual so we see this flash from white to red white being kind of that water marker that power that withdrawn nature whenever an extremity goes white it's because resources are being held deeper so it's kind of like that that fear that's like anxiety and then we see this traumatic red flash meaning that somebody went from that state of being fully withdrawn to being totally over expressive very fire tendency very over extending and inflammatory almost with their emotions so kind of going from zero to 60 and that that real sense of flashing emotional states as much as you know the palpable circulation here so interesting dynamics and part of that circulatory issue is probably you know not only diet-related but also lower body related so we're seeing this story build and from some things just aren't being distributed properly blood isn't moving where it should food isn't moving where it should the muscles aren't happy the the internal state is slightly compromised all things leading to the side of rest of meditation of maybe a therapeutic restored and yoga really just soul food in terms of you know soups lots of stews things that are already pre digested and easily absorbed but also a lot of healthy fat and nourishing water and high vitamin content you know to really just get the body back online because it seems like since especially this is happening on both feet this has been the case for a while now and we need to start to reverse these patterns so in this next slide I really wanted to zoom in because this is something that you can't really see from the wide-angle view you really need to kind of blow it out so I had the opportunity to do this and I wanted to share it with you so what do you notice here we already saw the color change we see the dryness and lens but what looks different and what looks different is this little guy right here so interesting part of the dynamic when I responded to this individual about her her foot reading aspect but they responded in terms of you know that's all well and good this is really useful feedback but there's this corn that I have on the sole of my foot or the ball of my foot rather and it's been there for a couple years and it's actually really painful and it's even manifesting as kind of some dorsal action as well in terms of the the shoulder reflex that distal head of the fifth metatarsal starting to get a little bit more earthy a little bit wider and unfortunately as a foot reader from a picture I can't really tell pain I don't know where somebody is hurting I can get tendencies but I can't really you know if you're experiencing a sensation I can't feel that for you I can only tell you what I see visually in the reflexes and one of the reasons why I didn't include that in the kind of overall general summary is that when you see a specific marker like this most of the time the underlying factors of self-care take priority so in this case although we could focus on this marker and we will I'll talk about it a second but in a consultation environment I would really direct the client to examine like what are they doing on a day-to-day basis lifestyle wise that could be fueling this pain pattern if it's been sticking around for years then that means that the patterns have been sticking around for years so there has been no change in lifestyle to really help support the healing process so deeper issues before getting into the specific kind of marker that we see here but analyzing this corn so corns are technically an earth marker they're a hard growth in the tissues this is right over that shoulder reflex specifically kind of deeper into the rotator cuff reflexes on that right side so right side shoulder pain would be that and then timeline in terms of does the injury match up to the timeline when the corn surfaced but mentally and emotionally this marker is really significant to pain means pain both on a physical and mental emotional level so vertical zone 5 in line with the fit toe means that it's the influence of sense of security and how somebody is moving forward also this is the right foot past foot in terms of emotional stressors and then it's in the horizontal zone too so in that emotional space so altogether we have the influence of past sense of security and moving forward really starting to harden rigidify and create pain in the emotional body and that that corn represents literally that kind of corn in the heart like there is still an issue that happened in the past about two years ago or the timeline that is still sticking around that is still really painful that is still wrapped in this protective guarded tissue that is not releasing that is not going away so from a consultation standpoint it can really be interesting in terms of pinpointing the very specific symptom but again redirecting the client back to that idea that hey look this might be what you're focused on in terms of an immediate pain point but there are deeper underlying nourishments that need to occur before a symptom is released like this like self care is king especially in this example so really make sure that those points are addressed and not overlooked by just kind of the tip of the iceberg okay so now let's take a quick peek at the dorsal aspect before we wrap up this foot video because there are some things to note first and foremost pop tendon in vertical zone one in line with the big toe this is a really beautiful fire marker whenever we're dealing with tendons or musculature it's always that fire energy that excessive heat that's popping those tendons and here we would see kind of base of the neck upper thoracic so kind of c6 c7 - t1 t2 kind of that real in between the shoulder blades place is starting to the overactive on both sides so prone to neck spasms muscle spasms in the upper back things of that nature also whenever I see this in vertical zone one tendon popped it always means somebody's being way too hard on themselves too many external restrictions too many expectations that are being placed on them and etc etc okay second markers we have a lot of toe things that are happening so multiple markers here the toes in general are starting to claw meaning again that the neck is starting to compress and contract but also this idea that this person isn't being truthful or forthcoming with how they're thinking and feeling specifically the expression of what's on their mind so this person is being really really reserved and if we kind of compare and contrast the dramatic mists of the bottom of the foot and then on the top of the feet it's kind of like nothing's wrong okay the skin is even there's no permanent bone structures yes there's a little bit of congestion around the ankle but nothing's really quote-unquote like sticking out so internally this person is suffering but externally not so much the world really doesn't see it they're doing a great job of hiding it unfortunately it's not going to really benefit them in the long run they need to address those underlying patterns and maybe even sharing some of those discomforts on a regular basis either with a counselor friends family you know to really let them know like hey I'm taking on a really tremendous burden and I need to offload some of that responsibility and offload some of that pressure even if that's just talking about the issues okay and that is the end of our presentation so let me just flip back to a screen did you stop the screen share and I'm back I hope that you enjoyed this foot reading video I will put a couple
