all righty so let's get started so first and foremost we have our first two points oh rings off so first two points we have solar plexus okay and then adrenal so halfway between lips and sides of the nose right on the root of the canine tooth yeah you feel that pump I know right M hurt do you have a dry towel no tow all right perfect so now we'll do hot towels so we've got dry towel it feels good though I think it's sorry these aren't too hot that's right here the hot towels for the face actually stay warm a little bit longer so don't be in a rush to flip them off so good take off that on after hotels we go into our relaxation techniques so we're just going to shoulder pump and we're going to open the neck not a neck massage we are just pulling everything into alignment for those clients that jump on the table like this and then temples I know I'm melting into usually I'm not watching people do I'm do okay now we're going to start our walking so we're going to start with forehead actually graer Kaye you want to grab the top that get there no it's not that it's just the the gravity it's hard to keep it focused it's okay we're good right that yeah no just hold it like okay effect well Gavin need a break let know lean with it just roll with the bu for okay now we move to the eyes we're going to start with our circular massage of the temple just on that one side and then move to Upper orbital Ridge back to Temple l so with that are you kind of almost underneath yeah so I'm still on the bone right but more on the lower aspect of it as opposed to closer to the eye yeah and everybody's everybody's socket is shaped a little bit differently so if you need to go lower you can just like if you need to go higher on the upper orbital you can just make sure like if you every time you put put your finger down you notice that the eye kind of twitches and the person feels kind of uncomfortable then put some distance between adjust okay so we just walk the upper orbital or lower orbital Ridge and now we're going to go just two three finger widths for horizontal zone three all the way to the outside of the master as they do yeah it's just getting used to a different texture um in terms of just like the landscape is a little bit different so it can kind of throw you but instead of you know the metatarsals you're on the zygomatic bone instead of you know the the sole of the foot you're on literally kind of the the dental space okay moving to the lower so starting just below the lower lip same thing walking out to just outside that m this is only two rows yeah here just depending like Jean you could fit too comfortably some people got nothing and this would be Zone you're walking zone four right now correct yeah so if you have more does that mean you have a bigger family um not necessarily but the since this does represent that mental emotional aspect of family on the face it would be your sense of family or kind of like the the energy that you devote to that area but also the physical size right physical size of horizontal zone four so kind of like a deeper gut wider hips stuff like that doing her just a regular face massage and she started laughing and apologized she all she could think of was that I was touching her butt chin and she had a like it was instead of just an indention it was literally little compl IND little would that be a weakness yeah that so the Deep lining but also you know comparing like Jean has a very prominent chin um but at the same time there's no break in the in that structure it's very prominent it has good good tissue texture but there's there's no sign of kind of breakage or weakness so taking each case as it kind of comes individually and ask I mean if if she really does have that the chin representing the the sciatic reflexes does she notice that she has you know that deep deep deep tailbone sciatic pain so since she's talking about inden dimples some people have them they're born with them other ones acquire them yeah um they represent different areas or it depends on so smiling or any activity of the face is if they're if they're situational dimples then it would be a situational weakness so if somebody like at rest if you can see the dimples on the face that would be more of like a true air marker but if somebody has like they smile and then you can really see it then that's just under stress that's where their weakness tends to be exposed so just depends two and three cool that actually went really quick we didn't didn't find a lot of markers on that one so now we'll kind of go in between with the relaxation techniques hey Steve how you doing Che moving it on me it's okay Jean's doing it that's not wor that's why you're not on the table Grace your will is not strong enough her jals were Tim so now I do same thing opposite side of the face did you just say our feet are a lot Alik because we have toes no that's totally my thought I missed a few words in there was okay yeah okay you guys are so silly I'm not the one who said our our feet are alike because we have toes that was her she pointed to a specific toe to be a little bit more on topic technically we're all the same because we have faces exactly I have a nose Sam we we must connect on a basic level spiritual levels we're not always connect usually connect conect can empathe person have some type of Leave it to to take our joke and make it serious and pointed and meaningful love it just going to say like Beyond Being Human you have to find something actually started watching the US not UK oh the UK is so much better really gotten like because this is the kind of conversation that we have during a reflexology session only here in class only in class we apologize Facebook land and YouTube viewers exactly why not why not because we have to be semi entertaining well we don't want them passing out from virtual relaxation true virtual relaxation because then especially if they're driving or operating heavy machinery right that' be very dangerous they shouldn't be on Facebook then anyway yeah that was kind of a little disclaimer watching this make sure you're in a comfortable seated position and you have access to Netflix cuz we're going to be referencing some shows you want a pad of paper trop esophagus on side left so the esophagus when when somebody comes in with like a nasal issue of some kind if it's the left side that's plugged it would be more esophageal kind of acid reflux stomach stuff if it's the left side I find it's a little bit more gallbladder Port issues just kind of personal stuff that I've noticed so what would the right side be did I not say right side you said left side would be go you said left side for both oh no did you mean right side for okay yeah okay that makes more sense because of the reflexes that are located in those areas okay is there a reason we don't walk this spine in this because after the forehead it just gets really difficult to especially with the the bridge of the nose being all cartilage it's just a little bit more of a difficult terrain okay to kind of navigate I mean you totally could but at the same time I've tried it it I know you've tried everything but so if somebody has a like a like an Owen Wilson nose where it's just like totally crazy has been broke his nose has been broken a bunch of times and stuff would that would relate to spinal thoracic spinal issues y okay also you know if we were to kind of look at it from an organ perspective um DV of the upper GI tra due to like chronic alcoholism um would be I would definitely put that in the category especially if the nose is like inflamed or starting to bead or anything like that okay um it's really interesting so it just depends because the nose is fully in zone like this part of the nose is in zone three yeah but this part's zone two right interesting so what you'll notice is people who have that chronic alcoholism it's the it's the nose it's tip of the nose that starts to to go interesting yeah yeah cuz his his is up here more in the like cartilage part is just like there's this big Funk of stuff there yeah so that would be more like a chest neck thoracic right or not chest neck chest heart thoracic issue yeah interesting definitely kind of thoracic impingment rotator cuff all that ja okay now we're making me lose track of my counts at least that was a relevant question it was a relevant question it was a good example theast relax so when someone forms like a rais mark like a mole or but it's only been through time MH I know there significance yeah um do you ever focus on that area at all or no um rais Mark unless it's like scar tissue that contains like a an active reflex point mhm um which is situational one one session it may next session it may not um but just for like moles and and things of that nature that's just something that I would use in assessment not something that I would really focus on during treatment the goal is not to get the mle or growth to go away but to understand its significance like um actually one of my one of my uh clients that I'm seeing recently has two very specific moles on the face that are both related to upper GI congestion um but actually over the past couple sessions the mole has decreased in size one of them so that's been really really cool to to see so if it's in the walking path do you still walk skip over no you would definitely okay well because you know obviously you're not focusing on it but you're it's in your walk right exactly all right just making sure and you wouldn't go out of your way to avoid it but make sure especially if it does have any kind of pain or sensitivity just kind of just be aware of that do different types of moles mean different things like I saw a a young boy and he had a mole on the back of his neck that was like cracked and and uh like scaly looking almost and it was about that big around and it was like perfectly evenly raised so it was like this like little island on his skin and he had all these cracks and it looked real scaly like if you were to touch it it' be real rough but then you see other moles that are just like super smooth smooth and round yeah it it's all significant from that standpoint so when somebody comes in and you know call it like you see it if it looks dangerous you know it probably is if it has really nice neat borders if it looks very pretty very benign you know versus if it has this really ominous dark color if there are a couple growing on top of each other you know that's when you would kind of investigate a little bit a little bit deeper tilt forward just a little bit we lost the lost the angle a little bit more there we go perfect for I've actually used that point the Zone one right there MH um on babies young like babies children that are crying that won't calm could just subtly yeah really so Kim uh former student here and a acupuncturist she calls it the the volum point that right [Music] there that top towel is just a little bit too I'm sure you've had um clients where they don't want Moes or no because they're wearing makeup and they don't want their I mean I'm just saying I mean has happened it really just depends on on the person most clients will say you know give it to me anyway I've had I've had clients come in that are that I know have chronic anxiety and that I know are kind of claustrophobic so I'll warn them beforehand I'm like we're going to put hot towels on the face now they're always like okay as long as I worn them and don't just smother them unexpectedly yeah because even even in like facialist circles it's not common to do um hot towels as much they'll normally do like a steam and then just kind of like a a nice gentle rub down just depending on where you went to school but with us I mean we're using pretty thick hot towels so it can be a little bit even with the nose hole a little bit CL Cobia inducing then finish with solar plexus and adrenal and we are all set I mentioned earlier with the twitching um that's in any area that you noce toing yeah any area okay perfect and that is it full routine start to finish cool great thanks for watching every body and we will see y'all later do in the Q&A
