hello and welcome Adam Thomas from balancing touch reflexology so good to see you and thanks for joining me today today we are going to look at all the points on the feet that have to do with the reproductive system so the reproductive system is really complex and at the same time very simple right we don't have that many points to work and it's mostly all around the ankles and stuff like that so let's go take a look at all the points that are involved in the reproductive system and remember too that depending on who you're working on the points are in the same area on the feet anyway but there are you know men and women have different functional parts right so there's going to be some some differences but they're pretty much in the same areas okay so looking at the reproductive system chart here you can see all the reproductive organs here on each side and with this chart you're going to get the male side on the right side and the female on the left so of course when you're working with you know a male you're going to be it's it's the same on both sides right and a female the same on both sides as well it's not divided like that so the first one we're going to look at is the reflexes to the breast area and that is found on both sides of the feet as well so front of the foot so the sole the plantar surface and the dorsal surface as well and it is found above the diaphragm line below the shoulder line on zones three four and five and I just use any type of technique there's no direction that it needs to go you just need to work the whole area and I just use different techniques depending on what surface I'm working on so here I'm using more fingers on the back side of the foot here making sure that I cover every little area and then I'll come back over to the front and I really like this sort of dot to dot so alternating thumbs pushing in and working the whole breast area really really well and a nice little dessert to open up and relax the area when I come over to the other side so again above the diaphragm line below the shoulder line zones three four and five work on the front for the plantar surface of the bar of the foot just searching for any little hard areas or anything that needs to be loosened up and then work on the back side of the foot using more fingers right I like these little circular motions that I use with all the finger pads fingers one two and three getting as much PAD as possible and just rotating and then bringing coming back over onto the other side just searching for anything in that area and it's okay to work the whole area to overwork the area right and a nice little dessert to loosen that up [Music] then we're going to come in on the inside ankle here point and this is known as the uterus for female right so there's going to be a nice little pocket that your bum fits in and I'd like to work the whole area in there so I don't miss anything and I you can see I work a little bit in the bladder as well but just work that inner point really really well and if it's a bit sensitive I like to do a bit of a circular sort of motion to it right so you can see that's where I'm working right in there so I'm working the whole female on the inside right and then we're going to work to the outside so uterus and then around so this is another point to it as well so there's a point on the inside and then you can wrap it around the heel on the plantar surface there right right in there and just work the whole area okay so that's the second point to it now coming back to the very first way to work it is you can work from there and then you're going to go on the outside point okay which is on the outside of the ankle and there's a nice little divot that you're in a thumb will fit into here I'll show you on this side because you can see it a little bit better right in there okay and I like to do this with my palm facing upwards and then that way I can work in a comfortable position so I put my whole hand underneath the foot and lift it up a little bit when I work okay and I push in there and this can be a bit sensitive so just be mindful of that work that point so they work the inside Point work the outside point so this is the ovaries that I'm working and then the tube that joins them is basically right where your ankle bends so I'll work the inside here again because I didn't work it on this side and then I'll walk from point to point right up where the ankle bends okay so I'll walk up with my thumb on this side and make sure that you're walking in where there's lots of kind of Flesh right you don't want to be working straight on the bone or anything like that because then you're too far forward and if you're working on the ankle bones themselves you're too far backwards and so you just join the inside ploid with the outside point and that's working the whole thing there so if you're working on a male you would be working the inside point would be the prostate and then you'd have the seminal vesicles and then you would have the testes on the outside which is right what I'm working right now and then I want to show you the second way to work it which is the ovaries coming across like that okay so you're working up the uterus this way and then you come out that's where the Fallopian tubes are and then you work the ovaries on there too so there's basically two different ways to work these organs basically and when you're going up around the ankle there you can use your fingers you can use your thumbs you can kind of use whatever just works the best for you what feels the most comfortable I use a combination of both again just search for sensitive spots and work them out so to do a quick review we have the breasts okay right on the front and also on the back okay so they kind of go right through on both sides of the feet and then we have one way to work it which is coming in up like this the second way is going all the way around to the other side so understanding all the points that are related to the reproductive system is really great right um a key Point here is to once you learn where everything is is to see how sensitive they are right these these points on in general tend to be a little bit more sensitive than um other points right and why because there's a lot going on in the reproductive system right you you have cycles that happen with men and women right um these are great points and they're pretty easy to find because they're a little bit sensitive so giving this to clients and telling them to work out those sore spots during different cycles of their you know reproductive system can be a great benefit right of course it always feels better when you know a reflexologist is working on you but a little bit of self-care is is great right uh yeah so the key Point here in the reproductive system is just trying to lower the stress right a lot of uh simple issues in the reproductive system can be um somewhat taken care of by just lowering and chilling out and relaxing de-stressing our lives right so going for a reflexology session is a really great start remember to keep those feet happy and I will see you in the next
