all right this is teaching lymphatic drainage of what you can do on your foot in between each lymphatic drainage session that we have here your lymphatic system is divided into quadrants in your belly your belly button and everything from there up goes to your armpits everything from there down goes to your hip crease and this one is where the LMP flows back into the bloodstream at the collar bone two are the axillary nodes in the armpit three are the inguinal nodes in the hip crease and four is the long thoracic duct that pumps all of that lymphatic fluid back up to behind the collar bone where it enters into the bloodstream that same 1 two 3 4 can be found on your foot and I just want to be able to demonstrate how you can do that on your own so you're going to start in between your first and second toe there's a little divot it's a 1 second push 1 second release 1 second push 1 second release 1 second push 1 second release and that's the valve system of the lymph that we're matching that push I'm not pushing down into bone and muscle I'm literally just gliding along the skin stretching the elasticity and then letting it reverberate back stretching the elasticity and reverberating back and you do it about 10 or 12 times to open up and send messages to open up where the lymph is flowing back into the blood at the Venus angle then you're going to come over here to the axillary node that's in the armpit do the same thing little divot between the fourth and fifth toe gentle pumping action one second pump pump 1 second release pushing the skin to the edge and letting it go pushing the skin to the edge and letting it go and again doing it about 10 or 12 times to send messages to those uh nodes that are there then we're going to come to the outside ankle and you can actually follow your finger along either side of that and it's going to fall into a divot that divot are the inguinal nodes that are in the hip crease 1 second pump 1 second release 1 second pump pump 1 second release and you're going to do that about 10 or 12 times as well each of these are a stationary place where you're just pumping the lymph up towards the leg in each of these three stationary areas and then when we move to the fourth area it's going to be a deep lymphatic where this is the lymph that's just found in the skin and about 85% of your lymph is just found in your skin the Deep lymph is going to travel behind our organs but in front of our spine and it comes all the way from our hip crease to be able to drain back at our collar bone so on the foot the first little divot is just at the heel the second little divot is at the high point of the arch and the third little divot is right before the ball of the foot this one is going to be a traveling lmph we're going to do it four or five times in each area and we're going to pull towards the toe this time so again 1 second pump 1 second release 1 second pump 1 second release doing that about four or five times times and then just gently moving up and allowing that fluid to flow is what we're doing is we're moving all of that fluid in that deep lymphatic system after four or five times I'm going to get to that little divot at the high point of the arch and I just know that I'm on track the lymph doesn't have a natural pump like the blood does with the heart and so this is encouraging it and moving it manually so that we can get it to flow and why we want to drain our lymph is cuz it has all of the bacteria and virus and fungus and covid and cancer and parasite and pathogen and heavy metal and mold and everything that we want to get rid of the body that's nonself and so all of that is just moving it along as I hit that last little point right before the ball of the foot that's how I know that I'm doing it literally it take you three minutes each day to do but each day that you do it you're going to be able to pump more lymphatic fluid than if you didn't
