Reflex number 10. Our sinuses are found on the toes, which the toes are refinement to the head. So they're like little slices of the big toe, which is half our head. The interesting thing about it is we have four toes and we have four cavities on each side. So we work each toe pad for a sinus cavity. I'm going to be coming down like this. I'm going to walk all the way from the top right down to the bottom of the pad and then give a nice little hook up. And then I'm going to move over to the next toe. I'm going to walk down to the bottom of the pad. And then I'm just going to give a nice little hook up. Work down up. And then if there was a toe here, I'd work that. The sinus is warm and moistened the air that you breathe and gives a nicer tone to your voice. Always check the ilioal valve and large intestine when there is sinus infection or reoccurring sinus problems. It's also really good and helpful to work the sinuses for any type of allergies. And so that's how I work the sinuses.
