Reflex number 11 are ustation tubes. And these are tubes that drain our ears, our eyes, our sinuses, and nose into our throat. They are found on the sides of the toes. The way that I like to work this is I use my middle finger and thumb on both sides. Those hold the toe and allows me to get space in between. And then I'm going to use my index fingers. I'm going to walk down one side. And then I'm going to walk down the other. And you walk down this side that that that. And then if there was a pinky toe, I would work that as well. But you work the whole side. So you don't need to work the side of the big toe because we already worked that. That's the side of the head. In young children, these are often squeezed shut and enlarged by the the tonsils or the adenoids causing ear problems. Secondhand smoke will affect the tubes causing ear infections in children as well. So, these are really great to work if you have any type of congestion. And that's how I work the ustation tubes in reflexology.
