Reflexology Foot Chart 2025 Edition – New Updates & Features!

hello and welcome Adam Thomas from balancing touch reflexology so good to see you and thanks for joining me today today I want to share with you a new chart that I just got printed [Music] off W look what I got here big posters yeah here it is this is balancing touches version three of the reflexology foot chart and there's a couple things that are new about it first thing being that we're printing now on a indoor outdoor paper so it doesn't need lamination so you can see that the Finish um is more matte finish it's a little bit I have two lights here right above and they're reflecting nicely so you can see some flashing but um they are not as plastic reflective as the other charts were so that's going to be a bonus for me anyway I I prefer it this way they look better less cheap in my opinion the paper is um pretty thick it's thicker than you know the normal paper that I would print and then get it laminated so these do not need lamination and please don't laminate them when you do receive them they're durable they're ready to go if you want to mount them on something like foam core or a frame uh you can use wallpaper paste or um some other type of uh you know spray tack type thing so that's um really cool maybe I'll make a video about how I'm going to mount this new chart um the other thing that's new about this chart is if you look at these angles of the feet here you'll notice that there are um you can see the bones of the actual feet in the background here and then you have uh the anatomy and put on top of that so this way you can see how the reflexes the reflexology reflexes relate to the anatomy of the actual feet they the bones are not on these main ones up here because when I did it it became way too busy looking and you couldn't really see any definition and it just didn't make any sense but these angles here which are the inside and then the top view and also the outside view all have the bones now a part of it so that's the update for that the other thing that I found is better shipping options for people especially in Europe and Australia New Zealand things like that so most most parts of the world it's been very expensive to ship these charts to you it's almost on par with what you buy the chart at and the shipping is another you know whatever $60 to get it over to you so it's been really hard to try and get shipping options that are affordable but Canada had in December they had a bit of a uh strike a month-long strike their postal office and during that strike I was able to find some different options for getting charts over to Europe and have tried a couple um already sent through this new company and um it's been successful so that's really great so now I can get these charts to you more at a reasonable price and if you go on the website when you spend over $80 you'll get a little option now and shipping that says free shipping and you can click on that and you will be eligible for free shipping and I can send that to you so yay so that would be for a limited time if you have been wanting to get your hands on one of these large charts and the shipping has you know made you click away then maybe this will make you click now um because you'll get free shipping on this large chart hope that really helps get more charts in to especially the European market because I know um there's been a lot of support in Europe uh of my reflexology project and thank you thank you thank you so but uh it's been hard to get shipping over to you because it's been very expensive so hopefully this helps and I'm excited to get these charts out to more people who have been wanting to get their hands on it anyway I just wanted to make a quick video to show you that they're now printed and I have them back in stock and uh there's a couple things that are new with it and one of them being the paper that is being printed on and the other one is the different angles with the bones of the actual anatomy of the foot uh placed on there so hopefully that's interesting to you and um thanks again for all that have been supporting my reflexology visual dictionary series until next time this is Adam Thomas from balancing touch remember to keep those feet happy thanks for watching bye-bye if you're interested in learning more about reflexology you could subscribe to the channel below it's also very helpful to hit that like button and feel free to share it with anybody who you think might be interested in it you can find my online courses reflexology charts and other reflexology goodies over on my website which is balancing touch.com Thomas from balancing touch.com
