We're working the lymph that's in the head and neck. I like to use a setup like this. See how I'm overlapping my middle finger on my index finger? That just gives me a bit more strength and add in all the other fingers as well for support. So that way you're working all together and doesn't create any weird weakness in your wrist. When you're working like this, it creates weakness. So if you work all together, it's stronger and you can get deeper pressure. So having said that, be careful when you're working this one because these tend to be sensitive. It's in the webbing of the toes and you want to make sure that you're grabbing more than less. So you're not just pinching the skin. So on the hands, you can see like that. I'm going to be working in about that deep. Right where the bones kind of join there, deep down. So not up like this cuz then you're going to hurt and pinch skin. One, two, three, move to the next valley. One, two, three. One, two, three. One, two, three. And that's how I work the lymph in the head and neck. Follow along and I'll show you another reflex.
