Hello and welcome, Adam Thomas from Balancing Touch Reflexology. So good to see you and thanks for joining me today. Something feels a little bit off. There we go. So having a reflexology chart in your session room really makes a huge difference. As you can see, years ago, I began creating my own reflexology charts for the simple reason. Just clear visuals lead to clear understanding, which is better accuracy and stronger communications in sessions. Plus, it's also like a cheat sheet. It, you know, I don't have to be smart. I don't have to remember all the uh reflexes and all the anatomical parts because they're actually written right here. It also works for the client as well because they can read the different parts of the body and see visually where and what they're called, right? So, this helps on so many different levels. When a client can see what you're explaining on the feet or the hands, something shifts. More meaningful questions start to get asked and a relationship deepens. So, usually in my session as well, I'll have the chart on the wall and then I actually have a mini version of it that I then give to the client for them to actually feel and touch and examine in their own time. Right? And then what I'm finding and a lot of other people that have bought these uh charts that there's a deeper understanding that happens and the clients feel more comfortable to actually ask questions and engage and the questions that they do end up asking are a lot deeper, right? Rather than, you know, what is that area that you're working, they can see that already and then they can be like, oh ouch, that area right there which is related to my shoulder area uh seems to be tender, right? um what does that mean? And then you can go into more detail. So what I've really found uh in a nutshell is that these charts open up a deeper conversation between the client and yourself and which ends up building a deeper relationship which is very meaningful and it makes for repeat customers, right? and and that um as a professional having uh a chart up in your wall looking professional um really does help uh your business. Today I wanted to share with you all this charts that I have because many of you that have watched my YouTube channel will see that I always have a chart nearby and uh maybe not understand that actually I have created these charts. um you know in all my videos you can look in the description and yes it says that but you know who has time to read all the descriptions and all the YouTube videos but just so you know um if you are looking for these charts uh and any of my videos just scroll down and look in the description and there you will find uh information to my shop online and it's the only place at this time that you can get these charts. They're not anywhere else. Um, at this point I wanted to show you all the charts that I do currently have. So, I'm going to go in the same order that I have on my shop so that it hopefully is a little bit more clear cuz there's there's quite a few charts. So, the first ones up are my reflexology standard charts. Okay. So, these are a foot chart and then I have a hand chart which I'll show you in a second. Um, and with these ones, with the hand chart and the foot chart, um, they come in three different sizes. So, this is the large size here. This is the medium size. Okay? And then this is the small size. So, these are really great if you don't have a uh place to hang this big wall chart. Uh, something like this is more appropriate. And again, it's printed on a material that you can play with. Same with these small ones. I'll explain more about that in a second. But those are your options um right now. And the options also, uh the hand chart is the same size as this. And then the large version of the hand chart. This is the only one that comes laminated um cuz it's kind of old stock, but there it is. is there. The size of this is a little bit different. Okay, just to be aware of. So, it's about there. You can see it there. So, it is smaller at this point. Um, those are the standard charts, foot and hand. I am currently working on a ear chart. Um, but still not satisfied with it. And it's kind of awkward because the I really think it's important with my charts um to have the body represented in the chart. It just makes that makes these charts special, right? Because there's a body here and then you can see the related zones and areas there. So that's what makes the charts really good. But in the uh ear reflexology, the body is actually kind of like upside down, right? So, I'm still working with trying to um be satisfied with the look of it because I I wanted them to follow the same uh look and feel because I've st I've set a standard. So, I can't really change too much of that. So, those are the standard reflexology charts. Uh currently, the foot and the um pend here's the medium size. So, then we get into the specialist charts. Okay. So, these ones are a bit more um focused. They're not as general having all the points and stuff. They're way more focused. So, this one um is the chakra system. So, it looks very similar to this, but you'll see um all the information that relates to the chakras, right? So obviously you can see the chakras running up here. And then you can see I have tried to highlight for example the pineal gland right in here. There's a little bit of a glowy um part behind it. So you can see where they relate to. Um up here you can see there's a little bit of a glowy thing there. So that's uh you can see how which organs are related to the chakras. And then there's a chart at the bottom here which gives you some more information about the direct related to the chakras. Um you know there's the Sanskrit down here. There is the elements. There's the issues. Um there's also uh the rights. Uh and then there's the demon. So the negative force and uh the anatomy related to um the organs. Right. So that is the chakra chart. The next one up is what I get a lot of uh great feedback from and this is the reflexology foot charts collection. So it comes in a packaging that looks like this. Um with this one there are I believe 13 charts. I'll show them to you in a second. And this one comes with a little uh companion guide. So it goes gives a little bit of information about it and then it goes through each chart um and a little bit of information about them. Uh it talks about uh you know there's some key words that deal with the sceal system. There's the reflexes and some pointers about working with the sceidal system and it follows that same format with each of the charts. So which charts are in here? uh basically all the systems of the body we've uh separated them out. So you have the sceal system right you have the digestive system here the urinary system the respiratory system so these are all the reflexes from all the different angles that are related to the systems. This is the endocrine system. Uh this is your circulatory system. This is nervous system. We have the lymphatic system. reproductive system, we have the muscular system and then we have some fundamental charts which is the vertical zones. So really drawn out clearly and then we have horizontal zones as well, right? And then I thought I would include the bones of the chart. This used to be a separate chart but I threw it all in because it's really essential that you know and understand the actual anatomy bones of the foot, right? Um, and that is the foot charts collection. So, this is a really great collection if you are learning reflexology. Um, if you've learned it and you're working with a client and say you're working on structural stuff, well, you can show them the sceal system and you can say, well, this is where your shoulder is. This is where your neck um issues are. And if they have any calluses there, you can kind of relate to that. And it just really opens up a great conversation. and it's so focused in on just the one system. So, as we know as reflexologists, the the body isn't actually built just in layers and we can separate everything. Everything is a whole unit that all works together in conjunction. But having the um understanding and being able to separate that when we're working on a topic can really focus a reflexology session, right? So, that is all the charts that I have currently. Um, about the charts, everything is printed on a really cool synthetic paper called Synapse. I'm so glad I found this. You don't have to laminate them. In fact, if you do laminate these, you will ruin them because they're like a plastic synthetic paper. So, that it will just melt. It does feel nice and good quality, but you're kind of like, "Oh, I don't want to. I spent and invested this uh money into these charts and I don't want to them to get damaged. So, oh, I'll just laminate them and keep them safe." But actually, lamination will destroy them. So, do not laminate or don't any of my charts, they come finished right as they are. So um you don't need to add to them to make them more resistant. I have spent time and I want these charts. The whole purpose of this is for clients and yourself and you know we get all oily. Some of us use creams, some of us use oils as we're doing our reflexology. And so these charts might get a little bit oily. And it's easy. You can just use a little bit of um detergent, you know, soft detergent, soap, um warm water, and you it will wipe right away and you can clean them up. You know, obviously if you use something abrasive and scrub, scrub, scrub, you might end up damaging it, but you know, you can take off oil uh quite easily with just a little bit of uh you know, dish uh detergent, right? So, that's that. So, all my charts come in this cool, really neat paper called Synapse. See, you can roll it up like so. Oo, it goes flying. But, uh, I'll hold on to it this time. So, you can roll it all up and it maintains its shape. Right. So, really cool, really cool paper. The only ones that are not printed on the Synapse paper are this large one here, which this is printed on a indoor and outdoor heavyweight latex saturated paper. Um, it's tear resistant and it's also uh water resistant. So again, no lamination needed. Uh, the hand chart comes laminated, so it's already ready for you to use. The point is is that all these charts, the way they come is they're done. You don't need to add any more to it. The only thing that you might want to do is maybe hang it up like this here that I did. Right? So, mounting the big charts, the large charts. But other than that, they all come totally protected and easy to clean. Even this large one, again, same procedure. You can use a little bit of warm water with dish detergent or um you know a pretty light mild detergent soap and just give it a nice little once over. And you can use a nice soft cloth to to wipe it down afterwards to dry it off. So there you go. Those are all the charts that I currently have. You can go on my shop uh on balancingtouch.ca. All of them will be listed under the shop in the same headings that I talked about here. So, the standard charts, you'll find the foot and the hand, and in the future, you'll probably find the ear chart. Um, and then under the category or heading of specialist charts, you will right now find the chakra charts and the very popular the foot charts collection. Um, shipping. I get lots of questions on YouTube about uh shipping or personal email asking, you know, do you ship to Ireland? I got one last week. And yes, the answer is yes. Yes. Yes. I ship all over the world. So, actually some of my most popular places happen to be Ireland and the UK and also the US. Um, and so yes, the charts have gone out and they have arrived and everything's good and everybody's happy. So, it's great. So, yes, I do uh ship all over the world. Um right now, I believe uh on my website it is if you spend $80 Canadian um the shipping's free to those locations that I did mention. So, and uh many more. So, uh, once you've done that, uh, in your cart, there'll be once you've added, uh, over $80, you'll see a little, uh, free shipping thing pop up, and you just have to make sure that you select that free shipping before you, uh, continue on to the next, uh, you know, in your shopping cart. If you have any questions, you can leave the comments below this video. Um, or uh, better yet, go on to balancingtouch.ca and send me an email. That's the best way to get a hold of me. Until next time, this is Adam Thomas from Balance and Touch Reflexology. And remember to keep those feet happy. And if you like charts, glad to have some. Have a good day. Bye-bye.
