The BESKAR foot roller is a small handheld massage tool: a curved body, about the size of a phone, covered in rows of raised nodes. You sit with a bare or socked foot resting on it and roll it slowly back and forth under the sole, the arch and the heel, pressing as firmly as feels comfortable.
Its size is what makes it useful. It fits in a bag or a desk drawer, so it is easy to reach for after a long day on your feet, between reflexology sessions, or while reading in the evening. There is nothing to charge or set up.
It is a massage tool, not a treatment for any condition. If you have diabetes, neuropathy, poor circulation, a foot injury or reduced feeling in your feet, check with your doctor before using one.
