Questions People Are Asking

The actual wording. These are the exact questions people type into search bars and forums.

“Replying to insyzygy322... 👉 Strip it down to sensation. Take off your shoes. Stand still. Can you feel all five toes? The inside heel? Outside blade? Can you breathe into your soles? That’s day 1. The nervous system doesn’t change through willpower...”

“How can I help my daughter who suffers from a constant headache? My 13yo daughter is a beautiful, bright, conscientious and courageous young lady with ASD. The last two months she has been struggling with a constant and debilitating headache (helmet). Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, the two combined, aspirin; none being relief. Bloodwork shows vitamin D deficiency which is being addressed. CAT & MRI are clear. Several visits to GP, pediatrician, neuropediatrician. Plus sessions with physiotherapist and even cranial reflexology (guy had previously managed to cure hubby's cluster headaches, no joke!). But nothing helps!!! 😢 Doctors are blaming stress. Until this school year daughter had a rough time at school and spent most of last January through June at home with a depression. However, this year we finally found a school where she is treated well by most of her peers and where they make accommodations for her ASD. She's made some friends there and gets up an hour earlier to be able to spend more time together before classes start. Mentally, she's in a good place now. And then, about two months ago, the headache came to mess it all up. According to her therapist, it's possible that the stress from last year is playing a part, even if she is now, mentally, feeling so much better. I'd love to hear your stories relating to stress headaches; especially if you found a solution or relief. Maybe there's a solution out there that we haven't thought of yet. Thanks in advance!”

Generally you want slow and intentional. Depth isn't as important as speed i have found. Work with the nervous system rather than try to bully the body.
