How I Explain What Reflexology Is

Hi there. I get asked a lot, what is reflexology? The easiest way that I can explain it is if you imagine what it is like to get a massage and then you imagine what it's like to have acupuncture, it's like massage and acupuncture combined without any needles and without needing to press on the specific spots that hurt. For example, if I have a sore neck, instead of working the neck or the shoulders, what I will do is I will work on the reflexes in the hands, feet, ears, or face in order to help that area relax.
