Reflexology support for Fertility

I came to reflexology um having been diagnosed uh with unexplained infertility having tried for a baby for almost 3 years before that and I um tried actually uh two courses of fertility treatments which have both failed uh so a friend of mine recommended a very good reflexology um around where I live Liv and I decided to have a go at it because I wasn't prepared to do anything more medical than that the benefits of reflexology were I would say both emotional and physical emotionally because it really helped me uh feel much better what I've realized is I had um a lot of emotional um and negative feelings inside my body and the first few uh couple of sessions really helped uh getting that out of my body so I felt already much better after only two sessions I felt so much better and and then um uh the next few sessions were really about um treating some kind of imbalance in my body the physical benefits um were almost instant um because the the reflexologist managed to point out straight away um some pains from um the past and some uh current pains um like you know back pains or whatever and just after one session uh I could I can feel the benefit of it then we started to tackle the more kind of physical pains and aches and again uh after a few sessions I felt extremely uh positive about everything and and felt so much better for it um and I've got to say I think it was probably after three months of um Regular sessions that I U I felt pregnant so it was all very very positive all around having had a first baby uh with the help of reflexology I also had uh I managed to have another one um with again with the help of reflexology um and throughout my pregnancies um both pregnancies actually reflexology really helped uh every time I felt in pain or um I had some discomfort I had a session which really helped and I can Al also say that both babies were very calm and um and um I could tell the benefits of it for for the both babies as well and the difference between uh a kind of medical approach and and being held by reflex surgeries to me uh has been drastic I think uh in my particular case with infertility um the the fact was at at the end of the day it was absolutely nothing wrong with me and um medical um people could not really help me uh and I generally believe today that it was more kind of psychological um and having gone through reflex surgy um it really helped me um get the the best out of my body by preparing myself getting the emotions out and um and instead of trying to find a medical reasons for the for the problem uh so was not only more natural but also more pleasant than going through um IVF or or any fertility drugs treatments for
