Reflex number 15. I want to show you where the teeth and the jaw is found in reflexology. Another way to work this is coming straight up like this and working down. And you go down each one. On this side, you can see that my thumb kind of stays in place and I put as much of the pad on the toe to add a support as possible. This is also a really great one to work on yourself on your fingers. Same thing. Okay. There's just more more to work on the hands. So, this reflex will work the upper and lower teeth. Tightness in the jaw or grinding teeth can cause a great deal of stress in the head, the jaw, the neck, and shoulders. One cause of clenching teeth is the inability to speak what you must say. Holding back causes stress and tension leading to headaches and more. That's how I work the teeth and jaw in reflexology.
